Each order moves through 6 controlled stages: requirement review, material matching, sample development, specification approval, production coordination, and final quality & documentation checks—keeping color, GSM, width, pile and finish aligned before bulk production.

Every custom order is managed through 6 coordinated sourcing stages, controlling **5 critical fabric specifications—color, GSM, width, pile and finish—**and passing through 3 approval gates covering material and color, pre-production samples and final quality. Throughout the entire process, 1 ROVEN team remains responsible for matching the right suppliers and manufacturing resources, coordinating sampling and production, and keeping every specification aligned through to shipment.
